Lemonade has had its original taste replaced from the innocent sweet drink and made into a grown up drink with alcohol, turning it into a complete cocktail. There are a few different variants of lemonade inspired cocktails, but one of the most unique has to be the Blue Lagoon Cocktail.

The Blue Lagoon cocktail is an alcoholic drink that has a bluish color, from which the name is derived. The recipe for Blue Lagoon cocktail includes a few special ingredients. It is usually made using vodka, curacao and lemonade. If you are interested in making your own at home you should have 1.5 measures of Russian standard vodka and 1.5 measures of De Kuyper Blue Curaçao.

The drink is made very simply by pouring the first two ingredients into a highball glass. The glass has to be filled with ice up to its top and the drinks will pour on it, coloring the ice. The final ingredient is a bit of lemonade that is made like usual using lemons, water and sugar.
